INSYNK offers website development, maintenance, and other digital services. The client agrees that INSYNK carries out the work in accordance with mutually signed agreements and these Terms.

All materials developed and published on our website or produced during the course of a project are the property of INSYNK or its partners, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Any use of such materials without written consent is prohibited.

All prices for INSYNK services are set out in the contract or proposal. The client is obliged to make payment within the specified term. In the event of unpaid invoices, INSYNK reserves the right to suspend the provision of services until the outstanding amount is paid in full.

The client is obliged to:

• Provide INSYNK with all information and materials required for the successful delivery of the project.
• Cooperate with the INSYNK team to ensure the project is completed successfully.
• Follow the technical guidelines and instructions provided by INSYNK.

INSYNK does not accept liability for any losses or damages arising from the use of the website or the provision of services, unless they are caused by the willful misconduct of INSYNK. We are also not responsible for damages caused by third parties, technical issues, or force majeure.

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users agree that their data may be processed in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

INSYNK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any amendments take effect from the moment they are published on our website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any changes.

All disputes arising in connection with these Terms or any contracts between INSYNK and the client will be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia in accordance with Latvian law.
